Daily Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival at Hanoi

May you have a good journey to Vietnam! Upon arrival, you are warmly greeted at Noi Bai Airport and transferred to your hotel in Hanoi capital. Be free and take a break to erase the tiredness after long journey. 

In the evening, appreciate Vietnam's famous traditional art - Water Puppet Show and enjoy a welcome dinner. Have a good night in Hanoi.

Day 2 Hanoi - Halong Bay ( Breakfast,Lunch )

At 8:00am set out for the picturesque Halong Bay, the UNESCO world heritage site with outstanding natural beauty on the ocean. 

Upon arrival, embark the private boat cruising around the islands, islets, caves and grottos on Halong Bay. You can savor the local featured seafood for lunch on boat and take a short excursion to Surprising Cave and short swim (if weather permitted). 

Drive back to Hanoi and end tour at about 7:30pm. Stay overnight in Hanoi.

Day 3 Hanoi - Hue( Breakfast,Lunch )

Today begins with a visit to Hoan Kiem Lake, the lake of the Restored Sword, then wander around the nearby Old Quarter, the oldest commercial area in Hanoi, depicting the life of Vietnamese throughout history.

Next stop is Tran Quoc Pagoda, a cultural symbol of Vietnamese Buddhism, and Quan Thanh Temple, an old Taoist Temple in Hanoi.

After lunch at local restaurant, visit Van Mieu, the first national university of Vietnam, and tour Ethnology Museum which focuses on the 54 officially recognized ethnic groups in Vietnam. 

In the late afternoon, take flight to the Imperial City- Hue City and stay overnight there.

Day 4 Hue Imperial City( Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner )

Enjoy your whole day sightseeing the greatest historical heritages in and around Hue. 

Visit Imperial Citadel which was a walled fortress and palace in the former capital of Vietnam. Admire the blend of Western and Eastern architecture in Khai Dinh Tomb built from 1920 to 1931 taking 11 years to completeNext stop is Tu Duc Tombbuilt for the Nguyen Emperor Tu Duc and divided into a Temple Area and a Tomb Area. Head to Thien Mu Pagoda, whose pagoda has seven storeys and is the tallest in Vietnam.

Later board a boat cruising along Perfume River to appreciate beautiful sunset and enjoy Vietnamese traditional folk song on boat. Overnight in Hue.

Day 5 Hue - Danang - Hoi An( Breakfast,Lunch )

Drive to Hoi An Ancient Town, which is about 120km from Hue through Hai Van Pass and Lang Co Beach, one of the most beautiful beach of Vietnam. Stop to visit Cham Museum which is the open-air collection of Cham sculpture with many of the sandstone carvings to understand Cham Culture. 

Take a walk in and around ancient tiny town - Hoi An, pass through Japanese Covered Bridge, visit Chinese Assembly Halls which were functioned for Chinese ethnic group from Fujian Province of China, and catch a glimpse of some typical Vietnamese houses of 18 century. 

Enjoy your shopping time or have a rest on the bank of Thu Bon River or Cua Dai Beach. Stay overnight in Hoi An.

Day 6 Hoi An - Danang - Ho Chi Minh (Saigon)

Take a morning flight to Ho Chi Minh city. 

After a rest for eliminating the tiredness until afternoon, begin your Saigon excursion with Reunification Palace, formerly known as Independence Palace, a famous landmark in Saigon. War Museum will show you a display of remnants of war depicting the turbulent period of history in Vietnam. 

Notre Dame Cathedral is a little similar to that one of Paris, but blends with Vietnam's unique architectural style. After visiting Saigon's China Town, you can roam around Ben Thanh Market featuring local handicrafts, textiles, ao dai, souvenirs, and local cuisine, etc. Spend your nightlife in Saigon.

Day 7 Ho Chi Minh (Saigon) - Mekong Delta( Breakfast,Lunch )

Set out for Mekong Delta region from Saigon. 

Upon arrival at Cai Be, take a boat navigating around the small canals in the delta region to appreciate the local lifestyle. Observe the floating market where sellers and buyers bargaining and exchanging their goods from their boats, or you can join them to experience such real life. Roam around and observe how people make their living from fruit trees such as coconut, corn and other local product. 

Then drive back to Ho Chi Minh city and stay overnight there.

Day 8 Ho Chi Minh (Saigon) - Cu Chi Tunnel - Departure ( Breakfast,Lunch )

Morning visit Cu Chi Tunnel to learn about the military base of Vietnamese Army which is a system of tunnels, and to understand how people lived, struggled and won the war. 

Back to Ho Chi Minh (Saigon) for lunch and enjoy your free time for shopping until being transferred to Tan Son Nhat Airport for departure. It is the end of the tour.
