Daily Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival in Yangon

Upon arrival at the airport, our tour guide will meet you with a welcome signboard and transfer you to the hotel for check in. You’ll first enjoy the city circular train ride, then visit Chaukhtatkyi Pagoda featuring a 70-metres reclining Buddha statue, and National Museum  with extensive collection of ancient artifacts, art works and historic memorabilia on display in 14 halls in a splendid five-storey building.

Continue to tour Yangon and return to your hotel for a break at around 4:00PM. You will be picked up at 5:30pm to head to the Great Shwedagone Pagoda built as the most prominent monument in Yangon which dominates the sky with golden flash, giant spires and holy relics.

Day 2 Yangon - Bago - Kyaikhto( Breakfast )

After breakfast at hotel, enjoy a morning drive to Kyaikhtiyo (185km, 4 hours). En route visit at Bago, 28-metre-high huge Buddha Image of Kyaikpun Pagoda, the palace of King Bayinnaung is some of the places of interests.

Proceed to Kyaikhtiyo which is a major pilgrimage site for Buddhists. From the base camp (Kinpun Sakan) take a car ride up to Rathedaung (45 minutes) and then walk up to the Kyaikhtiyo Pagoda (45 minutes), which houses the famous "Golden Rock", a huge boulder precariously perched on the edge of a cliff face seemingly defying gravity. It is believed that Buddha's hair is precisely placed on the Golden Rock stupa thereby keeping its fine balance. Appreciate the panoramic view and walk back to the camp.

Day 3 Kyaikhto - Yangon( Breakfast )

After breakfast, climb-down and drive to Bago. On the way we can visit local market at Kyaikhto or Waw Township. Over Waw, we will see how to make dry fish.

In Bago, we will visit Shwemawdaw Paya, one of the most venerated pagodas in Myanmar; the famous Kalyani Sima (ordination Hall) and Bago Market. Have lunch in a local restaurant by your own arrangement.

Then drive back to Yangon; stop at Hle Ku village to see the pot making. On arrival in Yangon, wander around the China Town and India Quarter to learn more about the local customs.
Day 4 Yangon Departure ( Breakfast )

After the breakfast, we visit around over-2000-year-old Sule Pagoda and enjoy photographing for a panoramic view of city. Proceed to Mahabandoola Park with Independent Monument to have a memorable scene of colonial building.

Enjoy shopping at Bogyoke Aung San Market - best known for its colonial architecture, inner cobblestone streets and wide selection of souvenirs.

You can charge your free time until flight out of Myanmar. Today we will say goodbye to you at the airport.
