Daily Itinerary
Day 1-2 Hanoi

You are welcomed by our guide at Noi Bai international airport and transferred to your hotel for check in. And the next step is to visit the city's landmarks.

Ho Chi Minh Complex will be the first stop with an insight look at the amazing inclusion -  Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closed on Mondays and Friday mornings and during October and November for annual repair), his Stilt House, One Pillar Pagoda.

Then visit Temple of Literature - a peaceful series of walled courtyards and graceful gateways, and one of the best surviving examples of traditional Vietnamese architecture.

After the appreciation of historic sites, we will take you to a picturesque place -  Hoan Kiem, Ngoc Son Temple, to take a break and enjoy the charm of nature. Founded in the 18th century, it is located in the northern end of Hoan Kiem Lake, surrounded by water and shaded by trees, it’s a delightfully quiet place to rest.

Enjoy Water Puppet Show, a fantastic art form originating in the northern Vietnam, the best seen in Hanoi." 

Day 3-4 Hanoi - Halong Bay - Hanoi - Hue

Morning drive to Halong bay about 3.5 hours.

12.00 Check-in junk in Ha Long Bay. Enjoy Welcome drink. Take the cruise to Amazing Cave & Luon Cave. Float on the bay to enjoy the scenery. Overnight on Junk in Halong Bay.

Next day wake up early to enjoy the pure morning on junk. Breakfast. Free at leisure. At afternoon drive back to Hanoi, and take the night train to Hue.

Day 5 Hue

Visit the Imperial City  in Hue which is a walled fortress and palace in the former capital of Vietnam, and Thien Mu Pagoda, a historic temple in the city of Huế in Vietnam. Its pagoda has seven storeys and is the tallest in Vietnam. 

Then appreciate Tomb of Khải Định, located on a steep hill, which was built from 1920 to 1931 taking 11 years to complete and is a blend of Western and Eastern architecture, and Tomb of Tự Đức is located in Hue, Vietnam, built for the Nguyen Emperor Tự Đức and took three years to complete from 1864-1867. It is divided into a Temple Area and a Tomb Area. 

At night Boat on Huong River and listen to Ca Hue (sharing with other tourists). 

Day 6-7 Hoi An

Morning drive to Hoi An from Hue about 3 hours. Free on Cua Dai Beach at afternoon, it is the 'seaside' area of Hoi An, famous for its Ancient Town and listed as one of Vietnam's five UNESCO World Heritage sites. 

Next day, we could take a bike to the downtown, stop by Hoi An’s colorful central market. Here you will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later. 

Bike to Tra Que vegetable village. Welcome drink for rest and walk through the vegetable gardens where local farmers work on their fields using the traditional methods of hundreds of years ago, no electrical machinery here. Work together with the chef. Learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Vietnamese food. After the lesson, enjoy what you have cooked. After your lunch. 

Walking tour of the ancient town center takes us to the sites of former merchants’ homes, the 400-ear old Japanese Covered bridge and a Chinese Communal Hall. Enjoy your free time to relax or discover the hidden charm of Hoi An town.

Day 8-9 Hochiminh & Cu Chi Tunnel

Fly to Hochiminh City from Danang.

Drive a long way on the country side of Vietnam to Cu Chi, visit the incredible underground tunnel network constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the long struggle for independence. 

Visit the Reunification Palace, formerly known as Independence Palace, It was designed by architect Ngô Viết Thụ and was the home and workplace of the President of South Vietnam during the Vietnam War. Central Post Office, it has a Gothic architectural style. Notre Dame Cathedral, was constructed between 1863 and 1880. It has two bell towers, reaching a height of 58 meters. 

Free at Ben Thanh Market. Popular with tourists seeking local handicrafts, textiles, áo dài, and souvenirs, as well as local cuisine.
Day 10 Hochiminh - Mekong Delta - Can Tho

After breakfast at hotel, we’ll take a scenic early morning drive to Vinh Long (140 km), stop for photos at Tan An town over the flat rice fields. 

The program will start with the visit of Cai Be colorful floating market cruising among local barges full of fruits and vegetables. The boat will take you to visit the floating village to see how people farm catfish under the houses. 

Meet the driver in Vinh Long and transfer to Can Tho. Check into hotel on arrival in Can Tho. Free your time at leisure.                                                         

Day 11 Can Tho - Cai Rang floating Market - Chau Do

Early morning wake-up, walk to Ninh Kieu pier for sampan to Cai Rang floating market - one of the most interesting sights in the Delta are the floating markets, Cai Rang Floating Market is open all day but it is busiest from sunrise to about 9am.

Stops at a Bun Tau noodle factory and a short trek before arriving at a rice-husking mill. You can even try passing one of the many fragile monkey bridges along the canals photo shot. At the floating markets, you will discover a typical way of displaying and advertising farm products of local people gathering on the Mekong river to trade their goods.

Afternoon transfer to Chau Doc.

Day 12 Chau Doc - Phnom Penh (by speed boat)

Breakfast at hotel. Board the speed boat to Phnom Penh. Visa formalities take about 45 minutes at the border and Cambodian visas must be issued before hand, as they are not available on the border at the present time. Continue by river to Phnom Penh. 

On arrival Phnom Penh by boat from Chau Doc , you are met by our guide and start a short city tour. We will visit to Killing field of Choueng Ek and Wat Phnom Penh as well as the Russia market.                                    

Day 13-15 Phnom Penh - Siem Reap

Morning we will visit the Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda in Phnom Penh.

Fly to Siem Reap, visit the Angkor Wat. At late afternoon, view the sunset on the top of Phnom Bakeng. The sightseeing tour of Angkor area we spend a full day exploring the wondrous ancient ruins with the South Gate of Angkor Thom, which is famous for its series of colossal human faces carved in stone, the impressive Bayon Temple, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace, the Terrace of the Leper King and the largest as well as the most complete temple of Angkor Wat. 

The jungle covered temple of Ta Prohm (where Jolina Joli filmed The Tomb Raiders) is an incredible sight. We explore this masterpiece as well as some of the surrounding temples including Banteay Kdei, Sra Srong, Ta Keo, Thommanon and Chau Say Tevado.

Visit to the floating village of Choueng Kneas village, where you will take the boat to visit the way of life Cambodian poor people along with schools, restaurants, hospitals and much more floating on the great lake of Tonle sap. You many even see enterprising children floating in buckets selling soft drinks and floating pig pen.

Day 16-17 Siem Reap - Vientiane

Free leisure for your own time until flight to Vientiane. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your centrally located hotel.

Visit the Wat Si Saket, was built in the Siamese style of Buddhist architecture, with a surrounding terrace and an ornate five-tiered roof, rather than in the Lao style. 

Pha That Luang, is a gold-covered large Buddhist stupa, generally regarded as the most important national monument in Laos and a national symbol. 

Patuxai, also called Patuxai Arch or the Arc de Triomphe of Vientiane as it resembles the Arc de Triomphe in Paris. It is typically Laotian in design, decorated with mythological creatures such as the kinnari. 

Drive out of town to the famous Buddha Park. The vast meadow of the park plays as a stage for those stone-made Buddhism and Hindu sculptures of all size and style. Free at leisure.

Day 18 Vientiane - Luang Prabang

Take the morning flight to Luang Prabang from Vientiane. 

Upon arrival, visit Wat Xieng Thong (Golden City Temple) which is one of the most important of Lao monasteries and remains a significant monument to the spirit of religion, royalty and traditional art. There are over twenty structures on the grounds including a sim, shrines, pavilions and residences, in addition to its gardens of various flowers, ornamental shrubs and trees. The Kuang Si Waterfalls, located at 32 km from Luang Prabang. These waterfalls cascade down a multilevel

limestone formation creating a series of turquoise blue pools perfect for swimming in on a hot day. (Note: when bathing, please wear a sarong, no bare bodies). En route, stopping at a small village inhabited by one of the country's numerous ethnic minorities where you will learn more about their traditional way of life and unique customs. 

Climb up 350 steps to the top of the Phou Sii hill to visit the Wat Phu Sii and enjoy commanding views for many miles in each direction.

Day 19 Luang Prabang & Pak Ou Caves

An optional early start gives you the fantastic opportunity to participate in the daily morning rituals of saffron-clad monks collecting offerings of Alms (often in the form of sticky rice) from the faithful residents. This tradition is very unique in Laos , being the only Buddhist nation still preserving the ritual. 

Visit Royal Palace Museum (Haw Kham), was built in 1904 during the French colonial era for King Sisavang Vong and his family. The site for the palace was chosen so that official visitors to Luang Prabang could disembark from their river voyages directly below the palace and be received there .

Take a Mekong Riverboat trip on the mighty Mekong River to visit the famous & sacred Pak Ou Buddha Caves - the caves are noted for their miniature Buddha sculptures. Hundreds of very small and mostly damaged wooden Buddhist figures are laid out over the wall shelves. They take many different positions, including meditation, teaching, peace, rain, and reclining (nirvana).

Day 20 Luang Prabang
