Morning pick you up at hotel at 8:30am, drive to Salay about 1.5 hours.

Explore local life in this unspoiled Burmese town Salay. Visit Yoke Son Kyaung, the oldest surviving wooden monastery, with beautiful carvings of court life and scenes from the Ramayana. Continue to wander around the town, visiting the local market and the Thar Ta Na Yaung Chi Monastery, which also serves as orphanage.

Afternoon drive to Mount Popa. Considered as one of the most popular pilgrimage spots in Myanmar, Mount Popa is an extinct volcano where the Popa Taungkalat Monastery is found. Popa used to be called the "Mountain of Spirits", and is still recognized as a dwelling of "nats" or spirits of ancient ancestors. 

Later back to hotel at 5:00pm. End of service.
